The manufacturing process of cylinders
1. Material selection
The main raw materials for manufacturing cylinders are carbon steel and alloy steel. The selection of steel requires corrosion resistance, high compressive strength and moderate cost. The steel is inspected and treated as a raw material, and then processed into a sheet of certain specifications.
2. Processing
The made sheet is cut, crimped, welded and other processing processes to form the shape of the cylinder. At the same time, various controls need to be carried out in this process to ensure that the manufacturing quality of the cylinder meets the standard.
3. Internal and external coating treatment
The inside of the cylinder is coated with a layer of organic rubber resin, and a layer of carbon black paint is applied on it to increase wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The outside is coated with galvanized or spray paint to make the cylinder stronger and more beautiful.
Step 4 Test
The steel cylinder after processing needs to undergo strict testing, including appearance inspection, water pressure test, etc., to ensure the safety and reliability of each steel cylinder during use.
